In his 1997 Budget speech, Gordon Brown said, I will not allow house prices to get out of control and put at risk the sustainability of the future. He went on to say that he did not want a return to instability, speculation and negative equity So why allow 125% mortgages etc... In 2004 He said it is vital to "tackle potential inflationary pressures in housing, In 2008 he said it was containable. |

| Cameron makes me laugh. He always goes too far when he is told to. Many politicians wouldnt like to be seen behaving the way he does. Which is why he was chosen to be leader of course. He has no friends. When you hear what people say about him from his schooldays you will see this is true. It is also easier to destroy something you don't have any affection for. Ultimately Cameron will fall easily over the edge of the cliff his 'betters' will lead him to... because he sees no boundaries. |

| I'm not sure he shredded him exactly but Cameron does seem to have the better of Brown a lot of the time in the Commons. But Cameron seems rather superficialand lacking in substance to me. And he doesn't seem to be keeping up his opposition to the whole punch and judy thing. |
