i love rats
Rats that are angry will run away from you. They will never chase you and they make very high squiking sounds. Rats that have fun with you either run chasing your hand or often as I see it, they will run to you, run back and run too you again as if they are hyper.
When they enjoy being petted they vibrate and often begin to lick you in return.
They look like they're enjoying it too... they're not really struggling or anything. You can definitely tell when a rodent's not happy. They get jittery. And they won't follow you around if they don't like you! That goes without saying.
