I hope you can learn from Lalu Alex sir, can you see the positive atmosphere he is creating. He does that in a controlled fashon without any over exagiration with an end result of the contextant earning marks close to what they should really be earning.
Renjini the powers are within your reach all you need to do is to be positive and thus exibiting the positive energy to the people around you. It is an amazing experience.

Age has nothing to do with the attitude. I have watched every single eposode so far and I cant help but feel Renjini tries hard to find something negetive to put down the contestant. Again another good example is today with Nimmy, she should have just complemented Nimmy on her hight but no she wont stop there. She had to say " This is too much", why try and put down Nimmy and she added by talking about Nimmy wearing heals. However, I LOVED Nimmys response saying that she is tall without Hi Heal

1. Renjini can influnce the Judges so let her refrain from making any negetive comments
2. Let her do her level best to compliment and encourage the contestands. And PLEASE DONT ASK THE CONTESTENT HOW WAS YOUR PERFORMANCE FOLLOWED BY HER PERSONAL COMMENTS. Let the judges do that. Pinee paryanee enthongellum oondankil, say things like, I love your dress, I loved your presentation etc.

Renjini is always very supportive to the contestants.She interacts so well with everybody.And she does it with ease and natural style. Its not an easy task!! Common we have seen what Remya was doing!!!Asianet did a wonderful thing by replacing her with Renjini.

"ofcourse" ranjini-kku ethra support undo? :) personally, I liked Ramya than her. But then, as you say, its very difficult to be spontaneous in shows like this especially since Asianet has directed this show to be very dramatic. Compare ISS show with Amritha globalstar. That was less dramatic and the show's presenter, shyama was so spontaneous without being dramatic. Some may like it others dont
