it's okay...but when you're doing a scene done by one of the greatest actors of our time ur bound to get put down by ppl. It's a bit too fast and do something natural like scratch ur head a little. And maybe shoot urself from waist up instead, and do more of his lovely hand movements^^

The speech was close enough, but you should work on the visuals. Like the background and your clothes and your body language. But maybe you could tweak the tone of your voice a little too.
But nice job seriously. If you were to try again and just tweak the things I'm talking about, I think it would be spectacular. You know what I'm talking about. You're just a few seconds and a few inches away from nailing it to the wall!

good effort, but way over-acted, keep the eyes and eyebrows still, this needs to be underacted until the key line..."6 inches in front of you face".

i disagree...i mean this is a pre-game pep talk there has to be emotion because as the coach you're trying to get the team fired up. Pacino shows all kinds of emotion throughout that speech. He controls the tempo by rising and then falling back down in his tone and syntax. I thought this was a very well done monologue.
