im asian i have almost no eye lid..normally i use eyelid tape to get an eyelid and add eye shadows over to cover the tape...is there a way i can make my eye stand out with out using eyelid tape?

i absolutly love this look...although could u use any thick pencil that is close to shark skin or black? i really dont use that many brushes mostly a q-tip. do u have any more looks like these?
