| Separation of church and state means removing everything assositated with religion from public belongings and public areas. Money happens to belong to the first one. | im kinda confused about the situation here but the kids have a right to LEARN about god + jesus in the same sense that they have the right to LEARN about evolution...you know as long as its not an extensive study w/ the intent of making them believe in god...ya. im watching w/out sound cuz u have a tendency to scream and i dont wanna wake my roommate up. lol? |

| personally, i'm okay with teaching the bible in schools. however, it should be an elective course along with other religious texts. what's wrong is when students are required to attend. |

| I wonder, why would an atheist care that someone is telling them they will go to hell? Hell is PART of the religion! Last I checked, atheists don't believe in religion. Though it is still harassment and I understand. I sure am glad to be one of the few religious people that don't give a flying fuck about other people's beliefs. Seriously, all religions think they are correct. I don't bother trying to change other people's views and I don't let others change mine. |

| Ok. Here's my first comment. HOW THE HELL DID WE START RELIGION IN THE FIRST PLACE?? GREEK AND ROMAN MYTHOLOGY. They believed there must be an explanation for everything and they made up stories about how it could be true. "Zeus makes it rain. He takes away fire when we're sinners." But then, those stories were all proven FALSE. So, maybe a person made up this story about Christianity, then told another, and they all believed it. So, why should we believe there's a God when there's no evidence? |

| By the way, I took the last part from the Inheritance Cycle. Christopher Paolini makes an excellent point when he states the elves do not believe in Gods when there is no evidence. ALL GODS ARE JUST STORIES MADE IN THE BIBLE DAYS WHICH PEOPLE BELIEVED BECAUSE SCIENCE DIDN'T REALLY EXIST THEN. |

| Thanks mate for the Video. Im lucky because i live in Australia and dont have (usually) the same problem. Im an Atheist, and questioned religion way back to when i was a kid in year 2 and teacher told us for "some reason" the Aboriginal stories of creation were not true; was only one to respond YES when we were asked :P i loved them as kid. Yes Atheists can get vocal, i was little when young teen :P, but part of is that we see this bad stuff happen in the world and call "WTF are you doing"! |

| Ugh, this stuff pisses me off. One of my best friends is an atheist. He's the nicest guy I have EVER met, and people harass him for his beliefs, when he doesn't deserve it. I also have to deal with this. I told some kids in my class that I'm Agnostic, and that I study Buddhism, and a bunch of kids I didn't even know would harass me. Thanks for making this rant, Darkness. You rule! |

| your beliefs shouldn't have anything to do with how much trust a person has in you, and i also wish that the world would do that, but wake up to reality. The world isn't perfect and people just can't accept things as readily as some others can. Thats just how the world works, just does it doesn't work perfect and smoothly doesn't make it imperfect. | While being a Christian myself, I also do not like people forcing their ideas on others, If someone told me they were athiest i wouldn't blow up and start screaming and give them a beatdown with a bible. I might ask them why and if theyd ever want to talk about it but i would never force my opinions on someone. I also do not like religous extremist like Sherley phelps or however the heck its spelled. i can't stand that woman, she calls herself a cristian but yet does almost everything opposite. |
