| This will probably fall on deaf ears given the poor grammar in your post, but embracing psychedelic culture in 2008 is hardly "selling out to the industry," especially given that Polyvinyl is a independent label. Citing Nirvana as an example of originality is a bit ironic considering how indebted Nirvana's music was to bands like Husker Du and the Pixies. Even the main riff in "Come AS You Are" is swiped from Killing Joke's "Eighties." |

| anyway, now I'm done asking useless questions, I don't like the video because it's just a hand jumping about the screen doing completely random things. not to mention, the animation is bad. it's just a plain old uninteresting video. feel free to jollily laugh to yourself because I obviously do not understand the inner meaning of this band/song/video and it is just too quirky for my miley cyrus loving simple mind. whatever, you guys were fun to wind up. |
