Beatles sucked before they got into drugs. their 70s stuff was the best in all respects! Drugs are not capable of being bad: people are. Its not the drugs that will ruin you life, its the people you do them with. Because they're illegal you always have to deal with criminals to get them. Any harm done beyond what alcohol is capable of is only because of poor quality due to blacklisted chemicals and the criminals immoral shortcuts in production ppl do them anyway - why not make it safer?!

it isn't because when John Lennon wrote songs, high school kids would take the song and evaluate it to find out what they mean. When John heard about this, he wrote "I Am the Walrus", which has random lyrics so that the kids couldn't evaluate it (pretty smart idea if you ask me)
