| kjkilojoules, sounds like you had the same problem as me. One of the files I encoded started making windows explorer crash whenever I went to my export dir. What I did was enter safe mode, browse to the directory that wont open, and delete the encoded file. Once you've done this everything should work again. Hope this helps |

| And what if it shows multiple cells? I tried to convert a movie and it shows like 13 cells. And it won't convert if more than one cell is selected, but when I do convert, all the chapters are out of order. How do you pick the correct cell? |

| I think I found the answer, you remember the reserve space option in the output size option that he selected 0 MBs, try setting it to at least 5MB, it seemed to solve the problem although you will only truly know once you finish the project, let me know if this is of help to you |
