| The best thing to do is to read the comments and description of the torrent. Also once you get to "know" certain bit torrent posters you should be able to build enough trust with them to know that their files are of the quality you expect. |

| generally if it is in a format such as .avi,.mpg,.mpeg, or wmv you should be able to play it right away. If not then you should google "cccp" and download the codec pack. It should be the first one on the google result search. |
