To answer ur question on how can u fool a person on being pregnant when ur not. One of my close friends never convinced me that she was pregnant untill after I saw the baby. Y? u ask cause she was FAT. Not over weight but fat. And she just looked even fatter when she was pregnant. We had a case like this in Canada a couple of decades ago. Some hickadoodle couple couldn't have kids, probably didn't know that you could have sex with each other even if you weren't blood relatives, and the man kidnapped a pregnant woman from a few towns over. Thankfully, due to the abductors stellar lack of intelligence, their intended victim escaped, but questioning by the cops pretty much revealed the same intentions. Hundreds of thousands of kids without homes and people resort to this.
