It's really easy to putt out of the trap if it doesn't have a steep lip and the trap is right up next to the green. I've done it lots of times. It's a great shot for anyone who isn't very strong at trap shots.

At my home course there are some bunkers which are best played from with a putter. This is definitely possible especially on a very dry course where the ball will run through the rough pretty true

are you retarded? you can putt from any where on the course!!! as long as you dont ground ur club in the sand! read the rule book!!!
rule states you can use any club from any where on the course as long as its a hitting motion!
