Having played hundreds of games in my lifetime, it was difficult making a tiny list of 50 great games. I admit it's flawed and I want to redo this list a bit, but this should give you the basic idea. Note: I only covered console and arcade games for this list.

Have you played Chrono Cross or Chrono Trigger?? I would at least put them at the Top 10. Personally, Chrono Cross is my #1 best RPG

There are too many games to include only 50 top, for example a NEED would be Mega Man 2 there... but he put Mega Man X4 in the description, still too many to round down only to 50 ;].

This is cool. But isn't Lunar The Silver Star Story for The Playstation. I have a game called Lunar Silver Story Complete for Playstation and it looks similar to what you had in this description. Final Fantasy Tactics is awesome.
