Thanks- I guess I just don't get it, if Google doesn't know, via search words, how the heck is Viacom gonna know? IT's like a big NET and who the hell cares how many fish (privacy) get, pulled in, killed- as long they get their catch. If Viacom is suspicious or has info on a few, why not scope out the vlogs/videos of those few and do whatever it is big companies do to screw the little guy? Why take the WHOLE DATABASE? Don't make sense, something STINKS, and smells like government, i dunno >(

This case has little to do with the Napster case. Google is doing its best to keep copyrighted content off their pages. Furthermore, this is more of a privacy issue for users than anything else at this point. And of course, there is the fact that Napster didn't carry even a tenth of the clout that Google does...

boycotting viacom and consciously avoiding any purchase from ANY viacom sponsor as of yesterday. the only guy making any sense in this clip is the one saying napster could have won that suit. supporting viacom in any way at all in this case takes an absolutely pathetic slave/subservient attitude toward corporate "masters."
